I think I will print the Activity sheets and put them in a binder...ask my son to work on it. Then I thought maybe I could suggest to him that he start a journal, as I know I had major emotional problems as a young adult and keeping a journal and writing things out really helped me to process. I am not very creative and need ideas that might make it more fun and engaging for my son. Any suggestions?

It would depend on your son... we're trying something similar with mine, and we are using re-enforcers pretty quickly after he starts writing. Token boards to earn things, etc.
